Purchases made on Cleanline-san.it are governed by the Italian law on distance selling (D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999).

All prices indicated on the site are exclusive of VAT.

All products displayed on the site are considered available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly indicated.

In case of temporary exhaustion or delay of a product, the buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail or telephone.

However Cleanline-san.it reserves the right not to conclude the order without assuming any responsibility and without this resulting in any obligation for compensation to the buyer.

The purchase agreement is intended to be confirmed by the buyer at the time of the conclusion of the purchase procedure on the web. However, the contract is concluded for Cleanline-san.it only when the shipment took place and the customer was notified with a specific confirmation e-mail. Anything not specified is governed by D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is, carried out outside commercial premises.

Graphic representation of products

The graphic representation of the products (images, technical data and descriptions) is made for the sole purpose of illustrating the product and is purely indicative. The products may therefore differ from what is shown on the video for obvious reasons of color setting of the screen (for example the color tone). The images displayed are - in most cases - provided by the manufacturers, and in this regard we inform you that some products may differ from the graphic representation as a result of changes made by the manufacturer, therefore Cleanline-san.it assumes no responsibility if such changes do not make changes to the functionality and intended use of a product (for example a logo of a different color, or a different print or positioned on a different site).
